Use our studio apartment as you see fit!

Located on the third floor in Via Santa Margherita, reachable only by stairs (there is no lift), with self check-in/out, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
They are located in the ZTL area, but you don’t have to worry: a few metres away there are several parking spaces on blue lines for which I can provide a free pass: contact me for more information.

The ALOE studio (door on the left) has a private bathroom with shower, (without bidet), courtesy set, hairdryer and set of towels.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, sink, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and moka.
Cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups and mugs are available, including all cleaning products.
The French bed (140*200) comes with a complete set of linen.

The AGAVE studio (door to the right) has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, toiletries, hairdryer and set of towels.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, sink, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and moka.
Cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups and mugs are available, including all cleaning products.
The double bed (160*190) comes with a complete set of linen.
It is also equipped with a washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron.
